Nicolas has been a practicing orthopedic physical therapist since 2014 after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Over his career, he has worked in every practice setting and with every patient population, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and unique insights that he aims to pass along to his clients to improve their health and well-being.

He also has been working as a licensed massage therapist for almost 20 years and has a unique perspective on these fields of work and their synergies due to his experience in each.

While evacuated to Mobile, AL during Hurricane Ida in 2021, he discovered the power of dry salt therapy and is excited to introduce his existing and new clients to its benefits as either a stand-alone or adjunct therapy so that everyone can enjoy the same low-effort, high-reward results that he has seen.

He lives in Jefferson with his wife, two cats, and a horse. He enjoys writing, acting, sports, learning about the world, and spoiling everyone in his household.
