Salt therapy has been a game changer for me. I have both allergies and skin issues. It's helping keep my sinuses, lungs and skin clear and happy. What I love best is that it's a quick and safe treatment with no side effects and it's all natural! I highly recommend salt therapy as part of routine self-care.

I highly suggest dry salt therapy to everyone! It helped to reset my body by improving my breathing. I also felt more calm, relaxed and recharged after a session. Definitely slept better afterwards!

I've seen physical therapists off and on since I was 11 and Dr. Nic is the first physical therapist I’ve been to where I didn’t just feel heard, but I felt listened to, and more than that, felt better at the end of the appointment. From the casual but professional assessment, to the expert massage (it seriously blew my mind, it’s like he has x-ray vision or something and knew exactly what my body needed), to the tailored-to-me treatment regimen that was explained and demonstrated in a way that actually made sense - I wasn’t just handed a theraband and a generic sheet of exercises to follow like I’d received at previous clinics - I knew I’d found the right place and was in good hands. I haven’t felt this kind of relief in years!

My PCP referred me to Nic for treatment of recurring sciatic pain. He listened to my litany of symptoms & then he patiently and succinctly instructed me in exercises that are designed to mitigate the pain. The exercises work! But only if I religiously do them. In October 2023 I injured my shoulder and lost most function of my arm. Over the course of the next few weeks the injury grew incredibly painful. Nicolas was able to quickly identify the cause of the lack of function and recommend a course of exercise, stretching, and drug-free pain management that gradually restored my ability to use my arm. His method varies from other physical therapists in that he explained, with visual aids, the muscles we were isolating and how the exercises were integral to the course of treatment. I also benefited from meeting in person less often than traditional methods and instead of instructional handouts, he uses instructional videos for reference at home. Nicolas has elevated the practice. I highly recommend Enlighten Movement Therapy and Wellness.

The guy knows what he is doing! Went in having never had a massage and the experience was incredibly chill and professional. Was asked questions that made sure that not only my needs were met, but felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
